A meeting will then be scheduled to discuss in more detail your project or business and to present the possible options that exists for it.

A “Full Business Plan” will then need to be created and Synergy Plus Investment Srl will assist and oversee all aspects of your “Project” from this point forward.  Once the Business Plan is complete, Synergy Plus Investment will refer it to an appropriate “Investment Partner” considered the most suitable to provide the apposite funding or investment that your project is seeking. By this stage, several investor options will already have been made aware of your project and the timeframe can therefore be quite attractive. In many cases, finance can be arranged swiftly. Listing on the UK Stock Market is a very complicated affair to those without experience, but Synergy Plus Investment handles this on your behalf.

As a guideline you should expect your company to be listed and trading as a PLC (Public Limited Company) within approximately 12 to 16 weeks from submission and acceptance of a full Business Plan.
